Accessibility

Our standard
Noise Cancelling is built to be usable by as many readers as possible. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across public pages and core account flows.
The site is designed around readable contrast, keyboard access, semantic headings, visible focus states, responsive layouts and reduced-motion alternatives where animation is used.
What should work
- Navigate the site using a keyboard.
- Use screen-reader landmarks, headings and link labels.
- Zoom text and layouts without losing access to content.
- Read long-form pages in light or dark reading mode.
- Use forms with visible labels, validation and focus states.
Known limits
Some embedded third-party media, social embeds or payment flows may be controlled by external providers. We choose accessible integrations where possible, but we do not control every part of those interfaces.
We are still improving archive content and data-rich components. Older imported pieces may occasionally need better alternative text, table structure or embed labelling.
Reporting a problem
If something is difficult to use, email help@noisecancelling.co. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the browser, device or assistive technology you were using.
We will review accessibility reports and fix issues according to severity, impact and the amount of work required.
